    Exercise - 40 minute walk on a snowy path over the river. I accidentally overslept and missed my usual workout time. Barely got to sneak in that walk but grateful to be able to do it. It was much needed for my sanity.

    Switched to maintenance mode, which raised my calorie limit, making it easier for me here :smile:

    Congrats @calvin20874 you are such a consistent poster over the months and years. How long have you been losing? So happy that you are going to maintain now!! Well done!

    @mshawski, you can eat your exercise calories every day, providing you are confident that you are not overestimating them. I usually eat about half of mine and it works just fine. Don't deprive yourself, you'll get miserable and may go overboard another day. Keep an eye on your weight trend and you should be able to check your estimates ( both calories in and calories out)

    Exercise - Yes! a 5 mile run :smiley:
    Tracked - No - I got lazy..... ;)
    Calories - Pretty sure Yes, earned 448 extra calories running
