Exercise: NoneMy husband went to the market yesterday. When he came home he said he was going to buy ice cream but knows it’s my weakness and has noticed I have not been having dessert after dinner very often since New Years. So he decided not to buy it.

Instead of getting ice cream, I’m trying fruit bars, to see if that’ll help with my sweet tooth. I bought one kind tonight that has 50% less sugar. Although where I’m cutting out desserts, my desire for goldfish increases. I’ve gone on a mini binge since I couldn’t find them on the shelves for months.0 -
