    Instead of getting ice cream, I’m trying fruit bars, to see if that’ll help with my sweet tooth. I bought one kind tonight that has 50% less sugar. Although where I’m cutting out desserts, my desire for goldfish increases. I’ve gone on a mini binge since I couldn’t find them on the shelves for months.

    Started some medication this week that has weight gain as a side effect. So discouraging when you need the meds but not the pounds.
