    I’m thrilled with this loss! Finally headed back in the right direction! @justanotherloser007 so sorry to hear about your health issues. I’ve never heard of that before either. Hope they figure it out soon!

    @Yukie_OP Tell me more please about the mini stepper you got for work. Is it a Scoop Fit or what is the brand? Do you use it sitting or standing? Sounds like it worked well for you this week! You're doing great on your steps as well!

    @Beka3695 From what you described and just coming off being sick, I think you have a marvelous week...that little dribble will come right back off I'm sure!

    Daily report: did the walk to the voting station and picked up groceries on the same trip. I impulse bought some dried mango, and I think I found my new sugar craving snack. Significantly lower in calories than chocolate and ice cream, doesn’t melt or make a mess, and hard to eat mindlessly or too fast because it takes some time to actually chew it. For home improvement, I put away the coats as planned, and I have to admit I wouldn’t have done it without the accountability of this group and having to report that I procrastinated again.

    Plan for tomorrow: sleep in, do a quick clean up of our kitchen and living room and have brunch with some friends. Then later another friend and his family is coming over, they haven’t even met the baby yet! Going to be a fun day that will hopefully recharge my batteries for another week.

    I had 139.2 for PW...great loss!! I lose slowly too...know what you mean!
