    Calories: over - it was my daughters bday and we had cake and pizza.
    Exercise: we went ice fishing and spent the whole day outdoors, sledding and walking around the lake.
    Goals/Day/Comments: my goal is to stay on track today, and get back into my routine.

    Kinda fell apart this week.
    Hey you had a really big loss the week before, not every week will be the same but as long as you are working towards your goals that’s a win in my book. Plus maybe on the weeks you feel like you fell apart take a step back and look at the whole picture. Hugs

    Don’t know if anyone else has this issue, but I can’t wait until I can put lotion all over my back again. There is one sport I can’t seem to get no matter what I do since I gained some weight back these last couple years.

    Exercise: Yes, Ring Fit Adventure Kickstart day 17, Leg Day, glutes and ladders. (Day 16 was a rest day). Did the playlist twice, though lowered the reps of the squats on the second run through, 28 minutes total. Also took a 48 minute walk earlier in the day.

    Yay for a three day weekend! Tomorrow will be a bit more stress at work but shall survive. The extra day off to mostly relax was needed.
