Kinda fell apart this week.@vicky2767 Shakshuka is a North African/middle eastern breakfast dish. It normally has onions, peppers, tomatoes and garilic as a base with warm spices like chili, paprika, cumin. Once you let those simmer, then you put in some eggs and cover the pan, poaching them.
I used this simple recipe for my first time making it. Now comes the experimentation phase. I’m probably going to add more tomatoes, garlic and chilli powder next time.

Don’t know if anyone else has this issue, but I can’t wait until I can put lotion all over my back again. There is one sport I can’t seem to get no matter what I do since I gained some weight back these last couple years.3

Exercise: Yes, Ring Fit Adventure Kickstart day 17, Leg Day, glutes and ladders. (Day 16 was a rest day). Did the playlist twice, though lowered the reps of the squats on the second run through, 28 minutes total. Also took a 48 minute walk earlier in the day.
Yay for a three day weekend! Tomorrow will be a bit more stress at work but shall survive. The extra day off to mostly relax was needed.0 -
