    @vicky2767 I know how you feel there, December 11th would have been my mom's 57th, and it was the first one since she passed. It isn't easy not having them, but we still have the memories.

    Yes it’s not easy. But the memories are what gets me through. I lost my mom almost 20 years ago. My dad almost 3. But when it’s a sibling it feels different. But I have solace in knowing he’s not in pain anymore.

    Exercise 30 min walk with the dog. And then after dinner we walked again, but that walk was cut short as I should have worn my hat. Was very cold.
