Starting February Challenge. And welcome new team Slimson members. My name is Mary who is 61. I want to say thank you to all that share their insights and their journey to a healthier version of themselves. My story is very typical, I have been a 4 decades of yo yo dieting. This time I decided to make it process working at it one day at a time. It is a slow process but it is working. I am 23 lbs lighter from July 1 2020. Wishing all Slimsons a great February.1
