    Starting February Challenge. And welcome new team Slimson members. My name is Mary who is 61. I want to say thank you to all that share their insights and their journey to a healthier version of themselves. My story is very typical, I have been a 4 decades of yo yo dieting. This time I decided to make it process working at it one day at a time. It is a slow process but it is working. I am 23 lbs lighter from July 1 2020. Wishing all Slimsons a great February.

    Goals/Comments: So glad I did my workouts b4 going to physical therapy. Got my new Rollator today so hired someone through TaskRabbit to come put it together in the AM so I can food prep for the upcoming weeks with more ease. This time I'm making some treats πŸ˜‹

    Exercise: Sorta, had my first PT appointment. He confirmed I do have Patella tracking disorder on my knee, and also have hip bursitis on that one side as well. Did about 20 minutes of exercise/stretches with him after he figured out my issues. Didn’t feel like a lot of effort compared to other things but sure felt it in that leg. Did not discuss how many appointments recommended with him this time, was on info overload but did tell him would not be able to do too many appointments due to meh insurance. He was good at explaining modifications to the exercises to do them at home.
