I haven't had any yet but I did order a cold brew from Starbucks. Debating if I should have some oatmeal or not.

    I currently have oesophagitis.

Breakfast was 1 1/2 weetabix with 150ml cold milk. It took 45 min to eat and was agony.
And was one of the biggest single meals I’ve eaten in 3 days.

This isn't traditional. My understanding is it's an East/West creation circa WW2. Effectively, this is street food type sandwich. For me though, I eat it for breakfast since 3/2020.

    My version is as follows:
    1/2 sheet Nori
    1/2 cup rice
1 slice Spam (a can gives 9 slices)
    1 scrambled egg
a small amount of black sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp yellow mustard

I just got on the sourdough starter train not long ago, so I've been using that to make a small sourdough starter pancake sprinkled with garlic salt and chopped up bacon. And a fried egg to go with it.
