    What a whoosh! I am sure it will bounce up a bit next week thanks to my monthly but am enjoying seeing the 3lb drop this week, pretty sure I won’t see that again… My plan is slow and steady, aiming for 2-3lbs a month, not week.

    Exercise kinda. (Not the traditional exercise you might think but work was heavy lifting of lots of cases of liquids today)

    Been waking up with a headache everyday since sat. It’s been throwing off my excerise momentum which in turn throws of how I eat. Lots of stress might be the culprit. Plus i haven’t been sleeping well.
