I'm sorry! I was supposed to weigh in on Saturday, but I fell off the rails and didn't check my weight on the weekend 😬😫
Is it best for me to send in tomorrow's weight to fill that spot (it likely won't be pretty) or should I just skip this week and resume Saturday weigh ins?

Been waking up with a headache everyday since sat. It’s been throwing off my excerise momentum which in turn throws of how I eat. Lots of stress might be the culprit. Plus i haven’t been sleeping well.2 -
