A good, less hungry, better-able-to-stay-within-lower-calories week. I stayed between my FitBit maintenance calories and my MyFitnessPal 0.2kg loss all week. My BF% is lower than it has been at this weight which doesnβt make any particular sense.
Also went back to the gym after over a monthβs break, did 5k on the treadmill and 5k on the cross trainer. I tried slowing down on the treadmill but that made it less fun so I sped back up. π Cardio makes me happy! π6 -
