Super fun day today. I got to get together with my trainer/mentor for a workout for the first time in forever. She moved on to a better job with a better gym managing their trainers while working on her advanced degree (behavioral science sports psych.) while I had earned my CPT/CNC credentials and have been programming myself. When she came in empty handed I offered to run the session. It felt a little bit like a test but left me completely jazzed anyway.5

My exercise was nonexistent this week, I only worked out 1 day. I wasn’t feeling the best a couple of days and didn’t eat much at all, so I’m guessing that’s where the loss came from, and I’m still not feeling great. It’s actually snowing here today, so I’m just going to sit in front of the window and watch it and relax and try to recover unless I start feeling a lot better! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend full of rest, relaxation, and fun!!4 -

To be frank I was planning for a lazy weekend with the main thing to do: tax return. But you got me! I can't not to attempt to get those 20K steps now! So I placed my laptop on the treadmill and did my taxes while slowly walking. I am getting very close to 10K while typing these words. So a big THANK YOU for motivating me! It is still early so I should be able to get to 20K - fingers crossed!4 -

Okay, I HAVE to get my weight back under control! My highest my whole life I feel like was 228 and now I'm above that!? My face and fingers are constantly feeling tight and puffy, I have back, hip, knee, and leg issues so I NEED to lose this weight, I gotta be stronger and have more will power! I'm 32 years old and my mind thinks I'm still 16, (I have quite a few mental disorders) but my body is falling apart so it would be good to get this weight off! I go back to my pain management Dr. In May and he said he'd like to see me lose 30lbs, not necessarily before May, but just overall. I don't want to go back to him even heavier!
