I like to cycle, I have mtb and marathon rides ie words cycle 50 + kilometers.
It usely feel like I have no energy 😪 but I continue.
I have 167km gravel race in May22
How do I train, eating the right food and still keep my bloodsugar down?
Is it even possible ?

I can't help much here. I hope someone has some insight. Back when I was running and doing the distance cycling, it was pre-diabetic (T2) days. If I were to take it up again, I would do some monitoring during training to see what is going on. Presumably there are sports nutritionists who have recommendations.0
