    Positive Identity Based Habits.
    Who am I?
    I am a person who values the health and fitness of my body, mind, and spirit.

    I have been working on creating/adapting habits which support my identity. It’s a work in progress.

    This month I am focused on keeping my CI fat %age at a healthy level.

    Who am I? I am me a unique individual who wants to be as healthy and happy as possible. What will I do? Continue to exercise, to eat healthy foods and to challenge my mind.

    Tracked logged and completed rowing almost at 1 mile in under 11:30 still a ways go but working on it. Also did some morning meditation a good way to start the day

    I am a person who is patient and compassionate with myself and others.

    Planned pass day today as I knew I'd be out enjoying family time and meals out today😁

    - Not hungry today. Ate high protein all day, and left a lot of calories in the bank. 🤷🏼‍♀️
