Carbs

I'm new to myfitnesspal. I have been tracking my daily food for a week and have come to realize that I'm eating too little carbs and too much protein and fat. I have cut out breads, wheat, oats, pasta and all processed foods. If anyone has any suggestions of websites that could help me plan or even give me more detailed information on foods and the number of carbs in them, it would be much appreciated.

    So, you don't think you're eating enough carbs, but you've also cut out all major sources of carbohydrates. Are you asking for carb sources that aren't bread/wheat/oats/pasta/processed foods? I guess that would pretty much be fruit and veggies, and rice/beans/other legumes.
