It’s the pits when that happens — and sometimes it is the most unexpected things that are different than I anticipate. 🥸 Kudos to you for your honesty with yourself and for making exercise and tracking a success. 🌟 @bookieNJ2 -

Really hard to go out for dinner and not go over calories- I was close, but still over.
Pass Days Used: 2/3
I agree @Jan1936 – dining out (or take out as well) is a challenge. But it is also good to enjoy life and having someone else do the cooking for a change of pace. Great job getting your exercise in and tracking everything. With your attention to these, that small overage will have little impact. 💐2 -

Well done on being honest with yourself Caroline 🌟 The nibbles are so enjoyable but also so challenging. I love road trips, and have found if I put my “share” of what I want to enjoy into its own little Rubbermaid snack tub, I can visualize what I’ve decided I can have. It is always a shock to my senses to pre-track it and I can make better decisions when the fun starts. I personally have no portion control intelligence when it comes to snacky tasty morsels and have learned that I have to do this (and probably will for life). I do this when we go to the movies too. Anyway, I know it is more fun to just snack from the bag with everyone. And they this is a first in a very long time vacation — so it is important to just be present and enjoy your family too. Wishing you a truly wonderful time together. 🥰 @Caroline_slowandsteady2 -

Thank you @jamcnewman for your message! My apologies, everyone. I got my volunteer date wrong & missed posting today.
Just spent the last 30 mins typing my post & it all froze & is gone.
I hope you are all doing well.
Maddie 🌸
I was just worried that all was well with you when I didn’t see your post @MadisonMolly2017 as you are such a rock 💛 MFP is being a *kitten* these days and it sure is frustrating. Onwards! 🌷🌷🌷2 -
