Hi - my second day. I am doing ok. Already done my exercise today and
feel good about what I have to eat for the rest of the day. My problem
comes when something throws me off course. Stress, tiredness, conflict
that sort of thing. Im on hols from work at the mo, so keeping on track.
Be good to hear from others to get some support with this. Best wishes.

    Hi, have been on here solidly since mid July, and its the ONLY thing that has shown me how to do things properly. Set realistic goals, log everything, good and bad and check out the boards...loads of advice floating about out there:happy:

    Welcome, you have come to the right place for support and encouragement. I know what you mean about stress throwing you off course. Since I have been on this site I have been very successful at staying on track and be accountable for my health. Feel free to add me for support.
