I too am in the 5'-10" club! I started my journey at 239 lbs and bottomed out after a year and a half at 153 lbs. I've now settled in around 160 lbs which seems to be a nice number for me.

Your story is AMAZING. The amount of dedication and discipline it takes to accomplish this kind of weight loss is crazy. I'm on a similar path as well (Down 108 pounds; started in March of last year) keep working hard buddy! You're so inspiring!0
