    Another past day for the same reason as the last two days. Food is fine but exercise didn't happen. :|
  • Pass day. Back home but I guess I need to ease into things.
    Exercise: stretched and walked
    Tracking: planned the day but estimated a few things and got a bit lazy about accuracy as I changed things later in the day
    Calories: Even with my inaccuracies I was a bit over. So probably even more over.
