    Exercise: water aerobics and laps

    Going to try for a decent swim today and maybe a walk. It is going to be a very nice day. Next week I have a pretty crazy week. I have 2 doctors appointments and my mammogram. Also, I will be spending the day tomorrow in the lineup at the passport office. I have 4 weeks to my Atlantic City trip and still have no passport. So my exercise maybe light this week. Have a wonderful Sunday.

    Happy Sunday, Downsizers! I'm having trouble with the MFP app - it's not synching with my phone app or my apple watch - is anyone else having the same problem?

    Here's my info:

    4/22:
    Calories: 1,149
    Exercise: 70 minutes elliptical
    Steps: 13,613

    4/23:
    Calories: 1,197
    Exercise: 4-mile walk
    Steps: 12,921

    This week may have been rough, but we had plenty of people in the green last week!

    WaistAways - 36%

    All you have to do to be in the green is lose weight. It doesn't matter how much, it doesn't matter the percentage, all that matters is you end lower than you were the week before. And that's it! For this next week, I encourage you to take things one step at a time, one choice at a time. It's never too late to make a choice that benefits you. Move a little more, eat a little better, listen to your body.

    And if you're struggling, you have an entire team here to help you. You're not alone, even if it feels like it sometimes.
