Hi🌸, my name is Carla. I am a wife of 30 years. a mom to three adult children, and a vet. I work in the public school system and am addicted to crafts. I find it therapeutic. Having said that…it’s time for me to focus on taking care of myself, becoming healthier and happier. A dear friend told me about Myfitnesspal…so far I am totally impressed. I’m actually seeing what my intake is and where I could make adjustments. Thank you!

    Welcome! At first I thought you meant vet like veterinarian and was wondering what sort of work you did in the public school system! :)

    Lynn, I am a military veteran. I am a SpEd Instructional Assistant. My goal is to eventually become a certified Special Education Teacher🌸.
