    Happy Mother’s Day! @Jana_2020 thanks for the reminder and @biketheworld thanks for your insights as well. Contemplating our routines and rethinking our definitions of success is so crucial to managing our perspectives. Hopefully it’ll help us see and celebrate more small wins and opportunities for growth each day.

    All three done but found time to spend with my mom and dad this morning along my children this afternoon and some book reading.

    Routine is incredibly important without it I may just wander around during the day doing who knows what and grazing on whatever. I have been more focused in my early morning routine lately and feel more relaxed and productive during the day.
