    Hi! I just rejoined MFP. I know that I’m 8 days late to this month’s party but I would still like to join if that is ok.

    Starting weight: 285
    Current weight: 285

    May weight lost so far: 0
    Weight lost this year: 0

    Goals:
    🌼 Track everything
    🌼 Take a 15 minute walk 4 days per week (I’m new to the exerciswith a debilitating pain disorder. I will do the best I can)
    🌼 Track weight twice a week
    🌼 Rest as needed each day
    🌼 Cook each meal at home
    🌼 Limit eating out to 2 breakfasts each week
    🌼 Drink at least 2 16 oz water bottles (drinking is a struggle for me)
    🌼 Take medicine every day

    May 2: 179.8 sushi, saki and chocolate but cals ok.

    My weekly goal is to have a lower trend weight than the week before.
    Highest Weight 204 lbs. July 2020
    Lowest Weight 180 lbs. April 2022
    Last weekly trend weight 184.9 lbs

    May 01 184 lbs
    May 04 184 lbs. Wednesday is my normal weigh in. I am thankful for no weight gain. I found April real distressing with the hills and valleys of my weight. My weekly trend weight went from 184.9 to 183.8. So that goal was accomplished. Now to focus on weight reduction.

It gives me hope. I hope you all will enjoy a beautiful day. I will be taken out for dinner but will try to choose wisely. Ah, so many flowers delivered to me by our new florist in the next town. What thoughtful kids I have!
