I am a native of Homer, Louisiana! I attended Louisiana Tech University and graduated from Grambling State University. I am happy to have stumbled across this app. I always had trouble tracking my calories and macro/micronutrients. So far, I love how the app tethers to a plan based on your weight, goals, etc. I hope you are welcoming me with open arms.

Welcome back. IMHO, people who check back and get in the habit of visiting the forum and participating have a far higher level of engagement, and a muuuuuch better chance of success.
The boards, my fitness tracker and my food scale have been my three ingredients to carry on!
