    - whacked my right knee on my bed's footboard, and it was just a couple weeks ago it was my left knee that got whacked on the footboard. I'll give it a few days for the goose egg to go down before resuming running. Annoying but it's fine.

Ouch! I think it's time for that mean bed to vacate the premises! Hope you heal quickly.

Sleep does make a big difference to our weight. Yay to the loss (and the TMI lol).

I've had it for years...not sure why all of a sudden it is attacking me!! :)

I've been silently following you. I'm also struggling with losing the last founds (I have 10 to lose).
I know that losing weight due to illness or pain is not your goal, but seeing that you have found "a lot of food" that you can eat, and still show that loss I feel like I can safely say Yay You!!
I wasn't going to, but I couldn't help it and cheer you on!
    I'm feeling encouraged!
    Best,
    -A 💖

Thank you so much. I'm glad you spoke up. That helps me feel encouraged as well. I am pleased with the loss, but I fear that when this is all over and I can go back to "normal" foods, I may struggle. It helps greatly that eating is just tiring right now and probably will be for the next year and half.

You can get those last few pounds. It's tough because it seems so slow and at times discouraging, but you can do it! I have to go back frequently and look at where I started and that helps me get going when I get in a slump. Just know myself and many others are cheering you on!

    Thanks again!

I love the accountability of this forum : - )
Tracking every bite is the key to success.

May 01 - Going with my April end weight as I did for the last month. 135.0
Monday May 02 - 136.8 - Ouch. Feeling leaner than that. Back to jumping around all over the place. My WW scale gave up the ghost months ago, and this new one...not sure if it really works. Very active days off, time for healthy food prep and eating. I truly expected a loss.
    May 03 - 135.6 - That is better.
May 04 - 135.8 - Busy week, trying to have food prep ready for each dinner.
May 05 - 137.0 - No reason for this at all. I burned more calories than I ate actually (due to long hours digging in the garden after work knowing that there would be rain to set the seeds today). I did drink more water yesterday, otherwise ate very well, worked out etc. I hate these jump ups.
May 06 - 136.4 - I have had maybe too active of a week? Perhaps my body thinks that it must hold on to fat to save me lol. We got lovely rain yesterday to set my seeds into my garden : - )
May 07 - 135.4 - All of that digging finally catching up on the scale? I'll take it.
May 08 - 136.2 - Working late tonight, so it will be a late dinner.
May 09 - 136.6 - I worked much later than even expected last night, so ate very late and was up too early. Not surprised that my weight is up today, and it might take a few days to level myself back out and settle into a rare 6 day work week.
    May 10 - 136.0
May 11 - 135.2 - That is better, getting closer to my start weight. I was feeling lean yesterday, glad that the scale agrees.
    May 12 - 137.2 - Dang!!! 2 pounds in one day? argh
May 13 - 137.2 - Struggling with my motivation today because of this number. I will have to give myself a good talking to.
May 14 - 138.8 - double ouch. So happy to have a day off, I had only one last week and then worked 6 in a row with both jobs including getting up very early and working very late. I was truly exhausted, and the late dinners seem to affect my weight. No choice on the dinner front when I work so late. Going to try to refuse any of those next week. Lol, today will be catching up on laundry and all of the stuff that I couldn't get to. Hoping to get out for a nice hike if the weather holds, and a bunch of little workouts here and there.
