    @Alex020210 My body behaves exactly the same way
    It's nice to weigh consistently and have the data for that so that it doesn't drive you crazy when it happens
    Still a hard pill to swallow, but at least when you know what to expect you can just ride the wave

I’ll keep my day light again. Maybe get out more and MOVE in the yard. Not the present I wanted to give myself!
