    Wow, such amazing Non-Scale Victories Yesterday! I urge you to go back and read them.

    I'm really tempted to quote them all. One great theme was more energy and fitness - for daily life activities as well as major fitness accomplishments! Here's just a few quotes to inspire you:

    Getting back into my routine after a week of chill eating and then a week on vacation. Feels good to be back in my routine.

    I did my spin my meditation and some tai chi feel so much better when all done in the morning. Tracked and logged

    i went on the treadmill for the first time in more than a month. It doesn’t sound right though. this is the first time it has ever been on carpet. could that make a difference? it seems like it it wouldn’t be as stable. the main difference is the squeaky sound it makes. it seems to be running fine otherwise.

    anyone have any experience with this?

    Hi @LazyBlondeChef — my treadmill is on hardwood but if I don’t lubricate the belt often enough it does squeak on impact.

    I’ve been trying to clear out a particularly jungle like area of the yard. It may be time for the professionals 🥵😬 Long 70+ minute walk tonight without the pup.

    Another long bike ride - about 2 hours - and some swimming in the pool.
    I didn't track dinner but it was disappointing, not as delicious as the other dinners have been.
    Had a. 🍷 But no🍦!
