Exercise: I got up over 11K steps! Some of that was a bike ride, in which my phone thinks every bump in the road is a step - but still a bike ride is exercise even if it's not quite accurate.
I was at my 20th college reunion!
I live in the same town I went to college in so I get to jump in and out. So I ate normally at home, but Thurs, Fri, and Sat were each one meal provided by the college. And those were not normal. I enjoyed the whole experience, and did feel like it was self care (to fit with the weekend theme).
But I did have a headache yesterday and a bit of one still this morning and I am wondering if just eating a lot of bad for me food might be causing headaches? I don't think I have any particular food sensitivities. Or it was just being out in the sun and walking so much yesterday. Or the glass of wine I had on Thurs and Fri nights.
Today is a catch up day, which is another sort of self care. Laundry and work around the house and taking care of kids, etc. And my menu is already planned and pre-tracked so I can get back on track.

Loved the bingo categories! Some of those are on my morning routine checklists (get dressed, brush teeth, move my body, drink water) and some are habits that maybe I should start adding to my routines.3 -
Probably read a book or just veg in front of tv or walk/talk with a friend
Pass day yesterday. Tracked everything but went slightly over

No champion or winners circle this month but boy it has been fun. No way I have eaten back my calories but inflammation from eating allergens and eating wrong will be fun to sort out when I get home.4 -

Forgot to turn on Fitbit to count steps while I went grocery shopping. I don't let it run constantly with GPS and location to conserve my phone battery. Did most of my weekend chores and errands so I can interview prep on Sunday.1 -

Each of our families thought we’d lost our minds “how do you know she isn’t a serial killer” kinds of things. It’s worked out great, we’ve had a blast, and it’s hilarious each time one of us gets a text along the lines of “have your internet friends killed you yet.”
