I brought this linen dress when the weather first got hot, perfect for work. Put it on and it gapped all of the buttons. I’ve had a rather rough scale week but somehow it gaps even less than it did the last time I tried it, so hopefully moving in the right direction!9

I bought a bathing suit two years ago at the end of the summer, my first ever bikini. But summer was over and I didn’t get to wear it. I have a trip planned with my sister in the middle of October and my goal is to be in that bathing suit!10

Fitting BACK into my jeans that fit only months ago! Dang it I allowed myself to indulge way to much due to stress and I’m paying the price. So Day 1 of being accountable again8

Get to a true size 12. Get to where I can do a push-up.6

I just want to prove myself wrong. That is the only current thing that has been keeping me moving in every sense. I just want to wake up one day look in the mirror and say " you were so unkind, and yet I still proved you wrong."13

I've got two: to drop some weight by Saturday for a gala event, I'm not too picky but 5lbs of water weight (I'm at the beginning of my keto diet) would be great! And the second and a more definite one, to lose 20lbs by the wedding I'm the best man at in early October. It's ambitious, but I feel more motivated by that then a small goal. Reach for the moon and if you fail, fall amongst the stars after all!9

I'm loving this thread! Read through a lot of pages.

To log consistently for the next three weeks - including a 5 days work trip and another week away from home.10

My birthday is in early August. My goal is to reach Onederland by my birthday. It's doable if I stay on track between now and then.7

Next mini goal is 8 and a half stone, which is 6.7lbs away. Aiming to get there by 28th May.
Well I reached this goal today, only 27 days late! I’m so happy 🤗 Only 7lbs away from my final goal of 8 stone.
My mini goal in the meantime is (hopefully) to see the horrible fat shelf above my caesarean scar recede. I hate it so much because it’s visible through my underwear and also some of my dresses. My stomach is always the last place to lose fat so I’m still waiting for it to disappear even after losing nearly 2 stone 😭14 -
To lose 5 more pounds, 10% of my body weight!10
-
Turning lean muscle into swollen muscle and get over the 120lbs mark9 -
Close to breaking 190 - and I'm within 5-10 pounds of my final goal (unless I change my mind, again!)12

2 more pounds and I am no longer considered obese by scale. I say "by scale" because as a female, I truly do have more muscle than most females. My time in the Navy proved this when I would fail our bi-annual weigh-in at 10 pounds over my accepted weight yet when taped, I passed just fine. 4 more pounds and I will be saying good-bye to the 190's! Also, 2 more pounds will mark 25 pounds lost since April 2022. I have about 25-28 more to go to be at goal weight and a 3.5 month time frame to do so in (doctors appointment...need good lab results on sugar, cholesterol, and kidney numbers). Even if I am short on my ultimate goal by a few pounds, my lab results likely will be WAY better than last doctors appointment either way.9

My next mini goal is getting under 180 lbs and consistently staying under (no bumps back up).
I have my goals broken down into 5 pound increments and only consider them met when I stay under for 2 weeks. It is my way of not getting discouraged by ups/downs. Looking at more the moving average, I guess.10 -

My long-term Doctor told me never to go below 140 even though I am 5.4 because I have more muscle than the typical female. I always thought I was so much fatter than the skinny girls and wanted to weigh 105 or 110. #BornWithMuscle6 -
To get into the 150's, just over a pound to go.
Well I met this goal...just barely at 159.8lbs but I'll take it! Went on a short vacation a couple days after posting the above and had a gain of almost 5lbs (water weight etc. I'm sure due to eating out the whole time) so it took a little longer than expected but not by much.
Next mini goal? To bein the mid to lower 150's.10 -
So I used to have this suede jacket in HS. I saved up money from my waitressing job for it. I absolutely loved it but it was stored poorly and got moldy. Anyway, I found it on eBay and I’m absolutely buying it because I’m going to fit back in it. 😀9
