    I am glad you decided to come back. I have spent a few years trying to recover from binge eating disorder. I do pretty good since therapy but it only takes some stress to lead to a binge. Now that I know my triggers I try to avoid them.

    Unfortunately, my back pain hit with a vengeance yesterday while grocery shopping. I had to cancel my hair appointment. I am resting it again today and hopefully will be in the pool tomorrow.

    I've got 2+ hours of baseball today and it's supposed to reach 33 degrees (91F). Gonna burn some serious calories this afternoon.

    Here is my Sunday reminder of the people's steps I need for June week 4 ... Please have your steps in no later than Tuesday Evening on 6/28 so that I can post the results for week 4 and the finale results ..If I do not have them in by then I will have no choice but to zero them out ...Thanks for your understanding and cooperation :)

    I'll put it down to water weight it's not been a great week but still doing weights, need to tighten up on diet this week hopefully back yo 170ibs next week. Need to break that 170 mark seems difficult for the next push downward. Hope everyone has a good week
