    I’m very partial to Caramel fingers. They are a popular traybake in Northern Ireland. I used to make them every week from DMiLs recipe. Most families have their own recipe. They are available commercial in a mini version as Millionaires Bites. Holmes’s Bakery is one of the local NI home bakery companies.

    Weather has settled into our normal summer, sunshine and showers 😂 Planning to work outdoors in between showers, work on my crochet for a while, and continue with decluttering. It’s a slow process, but little by little, it’s going out the door.

    I was wondering about JanetR as well.

    We're leaving here July 7th so we'll be there July 8th to the 11th; going home on the 12th. Her game is at 2pm on the 10th at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. (???)

    It downpoured here and i got soaked but I didnt melt lol,went for more bloodwork this morning so have an appointment this afternoon.. was going to go with my daughter shopping but the bloodwork comes first.
    Hopefully they can get it processed within the timeframe needed before my appointment at 2:45.
    Went and got Homer outside before it started raining thank goodness and went and picked up Alfies dog license.
    Im going to rest for a bit and then off to the Dr.

    Nothing special, worked today and will work tomorrow. Vince is at practice bowling right now. If it were totally up to me, I’d take the summer off from bowling. But I made a commitment. After here, think I’ll go for a walk.

    Made more chocolate cupcakes for when Jess gets here. Vince will eat them, too

    Vince just told me that there will be no bowling Wed. due to a death in the family. Yea! Not the death, but that we don’t have bowling. No walk, it just started raining...boo I’ll probably work on my latest craft – tissue holder in the plastic canvas.
