Dose anyone else feel like their way to much food

Well, it's pretty easy to do.
Can you elaborate a bit? Do you mean you think you can't control your intake, or that you feel like you have too many calories allotted by the app? What do you mean?0 -

I think if we slowly eat smaller portions, your appetite will decrease. It takes time.
Eat a little bit less than you would at each meal. Stop when you feel satisfied, not when you feel "full" or "stuffed"
And each day your stomach will shrink a little until you can eat less and be full.
If you eat till you feel "stuffed" then you are stretching the stomach so it takes more to fill it up next time.
But if you eat too little, that's not good either. Most of these calorie counters such as MFP will set you at 1200 calories a day. That will make you lose weight, but it's not sustainable. I lost it before, but gained it all back.
Now I aim at 1500-1600 calories a day and lose weight slowly and keep it off.
