Hi before I start bulking what body fat percentage should I get down to or does it not matter

    Yes, it matters. 10% or lower for men and sub 20% for women...typically more like 18%. You will also put on fat as you bulk on muscle so being at a lower starting point allows you to maximize your cycle. Also, starting at a higher BF% means you will actually put on more fat than muscle because of how the hormones are regulated at higher BF%s.
