    A weigh in is considered late if received after results are tallied Sunday morning. Not weighing in results in an NWI. Two NWIs in a row result in being dropped from the team. As in most cases, better late than never.

    Clearly water weight. I did not weed like I planned last week. I did nothing. Doc put me on antibiotics for sinus infection. The sinuses feel better, at least. Ran out of M&M's at work...no more M&M breakies. Did better eating real fodd and not crap this week. Still too much to do, not enough time, blah blah.

    Quick check in from me, it's Sunday evening here in Aus and it's been a really busy weekend! Currently cooking a nice roast chicken for dinner, and that will provide me with some good protein for lunches this week - just need to figure out what to pair it with!
