    I am on holidays since last week and have poorly feeding as well as snacking at night out of sheer tiredness whilst unable to sleep

    For those of you that use a protein powder, what brand do you use? I am looking for a chocolate flavour and something that does not leave an after taste.

    I use Isopure it comes in unflavored, dutch chocolate, vanilla and infusions (tropical) at Walmart

    Thanks. I ordered som triple chocolate mutant from Amazon. If I don’t like it I will try this one. I am going to start making protein shakes for my evening snack to see if helps with my eating. You put protein powder in your coffee or was that someone else?

    5 pounds away from the "100 pounds lost" mark. Lol so weird to be this excited to lose weight. Should hit that mark in two weeks

    I put collagen mostly in my coffee but I have put protein powder in my coffee and my fruit smoothies

    I love this idea but I think 21 lbs is too ambitious for me. But I would really like to try for 11 lbs which will still be hard considering since January I've just lost around 9 lbs. Maybe this will help me stay on track through birthday, anniversary, thanksgiving, Xmas, etc!

    Steps - 14627 plus 12 minutes bike moderate intensity.
    Calories - 2956 or so. Ugh ugh ugh. Still snacking a lot. At least some of it is fruit.
    Exercise - walk in morning before video appt. 1 hr 35 min. Gym after dinner. 10 machines but only 12 minutes bike.

    Crazy busy week here - took daughter back to college over the weekend, and my school started Wednesday. Looks like I'm ready to bump up my step goal; I will give that some thought.
