    64 yr young F, 5ft 4 Round 198 ( my 130th). Thanks again @QuiltingJaine.

    Goal this round again is to lose. We go on holiday in a week's time, so from 12th onwards it is doubtful I will be able to weigh (not lugging the scales on the 'plane!!), but I still intend logging as best I can and keeping up with the posts. No binges, keep within calories & macros.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    9/7 137.4 – 5.02 miles squeezed in yesterday before hair appt, quick coffee with a friend I'd not seen since before xmas due to her health problems & then birthday lunch for DS, hence 355 calories over. I did have to guage calories of lunch, think I chose well; teriyaki salmon with rice, think I over guessed. Feeling & looking better in the mirror, obviously the scale doesn't agree!
    9/8 138 – 8.83 miles walked & an hour yoga class – first time since May!!! Half of exercise calories eaten back.
    9/9 138 – no structured walking; day with little DGC. RIP your Majesty.

However, I ate 3 meals yesterday instead of two, nonetheless. It still put me over calorie and carb limits.

    09/09 -197.8- (Trend weight 198.5) Weigh in is about 2.5 hours earlier than usual. Up a tad. Could be that but I did have an extra snack last night due to true hunger. I didn’t choose my daytime food very wisely even if it was within my calorie and carb limit. That snack put me over. I’m up early for travel today. May the beautiful Queen Rest in Peace. She will be missed.

    9/4-133.8. Not surprised to see a gain. We had sushi and dim sum takeout last night for our anniversary. I did go overboard but most of the gain is probably attributable to salt and TOM’s unexpected arrival. I’ll get back in the saddle today.
    9/5 - 130.2 Phew, glad to see the water loss today even though I was confident I couldn’t have done that much damage in a day. DH and I are still testing positive for covid on Day 8. The kids aren’t but we just presumed they were positive anyway. They still have symptoms, so deciding whether or not they can go back to daycare is tough. Selfishly, I would rather send them, but if I were a parent of another child in the daycare I would want them to stay home until the sniffles are gone. Ah the mental gymnastics required by parenting through a pandemic I would rather not have experienced. Ugh. Anyway I just finished up a good Peloton ride and am going to try to relax with the family for the rest of the day. Have a good holiday, to whom it applies!
    9/6 - 130.2. I am determined to see the 120s this week! Turns out the kids aren’t even allowed at daycare until 10 days after symptoms onset, so my littlest is home until at least Thursday and the 3 year old is home for the rest of the week. Also my husband and I are not allowed in the building until we test negative, so I’m not sure how that would work anyway. Covid sucks.
    9/7 - 130.2 AGAIN. Ah well, it'll catch up with me I'm sure. I made a really salty stir fry last night. I ended up going for a jog last night after my youngest's bedtime because I was grumpy and didn't get a chance to work out yesterday between work and childcare. I'm hoping we can find more balance, or at least more zen, today as we try to manage this.
    9/8 - 130.4. Maybe I won’t see the 120s this week after all. I had salty leftovers last night so I’m hoping I can up my water and see better results. But if I’m being honest with myself I am not making the best food choices. This week has been so hard. I know a lot of people have it a lot worse but I’ve certainly been throwing myself a little pity party. We did have a better day at home yesterday, but then my youngest was up every hour from 10 to 3 last night then awake for the day at 6:15. I'm really not sure what's going on with him.
    9/9 - 131.6. Kinda perplexed by this other than the salty foods I’ve been cooking this week. Very weird because I weighed the same when I stepped on the scale last night. Ah well, gotta ride the fluctuations.

    9/09 - 155.7 - No hugs, it's sodium. BF's phone keeps having issues with charging his phone so we took a lunch break trip into town to the wireless store. It's under warranty so he's getting a new phone shipped to him and the old one will be shipped back. We were both quite hungry and he wanted sushi something terrible so we got lunch on the road. I tried my best to keep food in check having a lovely Chinese lunch filled with sodium, but there's only so much that can be done. I made sure to have my miso soup first, then ate my broccoli before anything else on the plate to help fill me up with the good stuff first. Neither of us could decide on dinner so the kid said pizza and pizza it was. The universe decided I'm waking up at 615 this morning and I stayed in bed until 7 then knocked out a 20 minute complete workout (10 min workout with warmup and cooldown included). I will tell you I absolutely was NOT wanting to do a workout this morning but I was awake and I need to be consistent since tomorrow and Sunday I likely won't get one in. Travel is booked for work. No workout Monday (19th) as I'll be on a plane early and direct to work from the airport. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I have the fitness center at the hotel. No rower, but there's weights, treadmills, pelotons, and stair steppers so I can figure something out. Come back late Thursday (22nd. Land at about 915pm and drive an hour and half to two hours depending on any traffic/night construction) so doubtful I'll want to wake up early enough Friday to get a workout in before BF gets up for work (my rower is next to his desk and across room from my desk and 8am is quiet time for meetings). It'll be my Friday off, too, so I'm really not likely to want to. I'll see about walking around the airport to get steps in and such at the very least. Will spend the next week or so coming up with some workout plans to get me through without a rower. Today is my day off. Dentist at 11am to get fitted for my night guard/retainer, post office to send SD a gift I got her, and grocery shopping while in that town since I prefer that HEB to my town's. Unsure plans this weekend, guess it depends on whether Fam is all recovered from strep throat (BF and I dodged that bullet, thankfully). Have a great weekend everyone!

    9/06 - Long weekend. We did end up feeling well enough to help Fam with some house remodel work (demolition stuff). Because of all the sweat and muscle soreness, I didn't bother to weigh in. Unfortunately FamHubs ended up going home early yesterday and later had a fever. FamWife had that Saturday so we are thinking she gave it to him just by proximity, similar to BF giving it to me. Spent the rest of the evening at home relaxing and drinking plenty of water. I was off yesterday for holiday and it's my Friday off this week so only 3 days requiring me to be up early. I'm going to see how I feel come Friday whether I want to go ahead and wake up for a workout. Today will be an easy 20 minute recovery row to gauge how I feel after a week of no workouts and to ease back into movement. Back to logging and plenty of water! And plenty of catching up on posts to do, as well!
    9/07 - Scale teased me this morning by flashing 154.9 a few times before settling on this. Food was wonderful, I managed to keep it balanced pretty well. Under goal by 100 calories and didn't eat back the "300" calories I supposedly burned extra. I don't think I actually burn that much extra in a day so I'm just aiming for goal calories anyway. 96oz water down the hatch yesterday so back into that groove of things. Challenge to get up again this morning and hit my 15 min snooze. I used up almost all that snooze time, too, when I usually only use about 5 minutes of it before I manage to get up. Oof. A week of sleeping in really undid some of my routine. Yesterday's rowing was only 10 minutes, not the 20 I thought I'd do. It was a challenge and I took it easy on myself as my first row after recovering from a nasty cold. Today I have a 30 minute full workout queued up. The workout itself is 20 minutes, but it includes a row-focused warmup and cooldown so I'm still getting in extra reps to get back into the swing of things with morning workouts. If I can manage to convince my sleepy brain, I'm going to try to wake up early for a workout Friday just to really solidify the routine back in my life. Alright, I've procrastinated long enough, time to get some work in.
    9/08 - BF made chicken enchiladas for dinner. With plenty of cheese. I ate about 87 calories over goal but had 206 exercise calories in the bank for the day. I'm guessing the cheese is what did the scale in this morning as everything else seemed right on track. I did wake up extra sore this morning from yesterday's workout of choice (I admit, I was super ambitious and I almost quit about 10 times during it. Way harder than I expected). Maybe some DOMS water weight as well? Today I'll take it a little easier with a 10 minute workout and some extra stretching (maybe a quick morning yoga?) Unsure dinner for tonight but I have lunch lined up and tracked already leaving plenty of room for dinner and maybe a small late breakfast if I need it.

      ~ I didn’t log my food again. I know I had one too many Vizzys, which brought me to the pantry multiple times for alcohol absorption. Settled on a few cupfuls of Lucky Charms. Not my best moment by far!
