Went out and bought my new running shoes as a reward for losing 100 pounds and some new work outs clothes. It's nice not having to worry if there's a big and tall section in a store anymore.

Yay, totally relate to this, I can now buy clothes in "normal" shops! Can't keep me out of there now, even though I keep telling myself to wait until I'm done losing!!

Yay! Back in the right direction! I will be so thrilled when I get below 150!

I didn't get too many steps in this week but have been more diligent about tracking and made it to spinning, bodypump (weights), and yoga!

    9/13 6769

Awesome loss! Next week you will get to the new decade. With tracking and all that exercise you will be successful.

What a nice reward. I still shop at plus size for the most part. Once I hit the point where I can wear a large I will be shopping in non plus size stores.

    Happy Sunday Team !

I’m so sorry I’m once again a day late for my weigh-in. I’ve had some busy weekends here and then I have to play catch up. Hope you all had a good week ♥️

    Weigh-In:

    Username - mari_moulin
    Weigh in day - Saturday
    Weigh in week - 2
    Previous weight - 220.4
    Current weight - 220.2

    Steps: GOAL 10,000 a day

    Sunday - 3,863 🤦🏻‍♀️
    Monday - 13,841
    Tuesday - 14,677
    Wednesday - 7,489
    Thursday - 12,348
    Friday - 13,060
Saturday - 22,694 (lots of walking around + Ed Sheeran Concert 🎶)

No worries. I got you in the spreadsheet before Liselyn does the tallies. You are so lucky to see Ed Sheeran. I mostly listen to 80’s music but I really like his songs. He was also a mentor on the Voice last season and he was fantastic.

I am up really early this morning. I am going to go to the pool when it opens. Hopefully, there are not too many ladies there as it’s hard to swim laps with them walking around and stopping to talk. My husband has wanted KFC lately. It’s so unhealthy and it hurts my stomach. I am going to try to make it in my air fryer today. I don’t usually cook chicken with the skin on so we will see. Still will be higher in calories but no oil or deep frying. I really need to get a bigger air fryer. Mine is really small.

Check you local senior center. Ours runs intermural teams, a travel team, lessons, used equipment sales, etc. I had never heard of it before joining our senior center. The people participating in it truly seem to love it!.
