This results in your update being considered late, and not included in the final tabulations. If you need to change weigh days, please let us know. If you need to be excused, please let us know. You have options, all it takes is a couple seconds of self reflection to decide whether to use them.0 -

Our week runs Sunday - Saturday. So, if your weigh day is Sunday, you weigh in at the beginning of the week, and you have until Saturday to get your weigh-in posted. If your weigh day is Saturday, you MUST post on Saturday or else your numbers do not count.

We had friends visiting this week and had a switch from our normal eating habits. I think this is mostly water weight from salty foods. Hope to see a big drop next week.4 -
