    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.
    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 145.6
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 140#
    2021
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53
    2022
    Jan. average weight= 150.86
    Feb. average weight= 150.2
    March average weight= 148.84
    April average weight= 148.5
    May average weight= 147.72
    June average weight= 147.47
    July average weight= 146.31
    August average weight= 144.84
    Sept. average weight= 145.56 was doing so well, but have really slipped!

    10-1= starting actual weight= 145.6

    10/03-199.2-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I have no intention of leaving Onederland so this sneaking into my DGS’s snacks is going to stop. Plan for today….more water, more movement, more thoughtful meals with full logging and hitting the done button before bed.

    *My lowest adult weight in over 20 years highest adult weight was 208lbs 2012-2013 (-62.4lbs)
    YOUR CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: WL Goal 13.6lbs
    Other Goal/s:
    1. Incorporate weight lifting firmly into my regular routine.
    2. Walk my dogs more. Not that hot anymore so no excuse.
    3. Water/Vitamins Always
    4. BMI- Currently-Obese-50 years young 4'10 145.6lbs 30.3
    *that will change to 'Overweight' in 2.6 pounds. 143lbs 29.9
    Overweight to Normal is 24 pounds we'll get to that next year :)
