    Steps 10/1: 13,849

    I'm having foot surgery this week and will need to be off my feet for a while. Please take me out of the step challenge. Thanks.

    I really do need to at least try to stick to a whole recorded day, one day a week. For instance, today breakfast and dinner were fine. Lunch was more calorie dense because I added a fresh fruit smoothie. To that fresh fruit smoothie, I added dried golden berries, goji berries, etc. It wound up being delicious and way more calories than I had planned. 😉

    At least it was healthy. I wish I liked berries. I love the smell of them but can’t eat them. The only fruit that I eat is apples, oranges and bananas. Truthfully, I don’t really enjoy those.

    I swam and workout my arms yesterday. I also did some abs. I stretched after in the hot tub. I am frustrated as my weight is not going down. I am logging and using my food scale. Sunday and Monday my supper was higher in sodium than I would like so this maybe part of the reason. We will see tomorrow morning.

    Is there a conversion for stretching? I did 15 minutes. I don’t wear my watch in the hot tub but I always turn it on for 15 minutes and do stretches.

    I swam and workout my arms yesterday. I also did some abs. I stretched after in the hot tub. I am frustrated as my weight is not going down. I am logging and using my food scale. Sunday and Monday my supper was higher in sodium than I would like so this maybe part of the reason. We will see tomorrow morning.

    Here is my 2nd reminder of the people's steps I need for September week 4 ....Please have them in no later than this evening 10/4...Remember even after I post the results you can still post your steps ..They won't count for the week but they will count for the month :)

    For some reason we keep missing each other in my step count. I'll post from 9/28 forward, just for grins.

    9/27: 15,292
    9/28: 9,686
    9/29: 15,404
    9/30: 6,926
    10/1: 4,392
    10/2: 11,376
    10/3: 9,654

    I don't worry too much about the final step count tally. However, when is the best time to post my steps so I can be sure you get them. You do a lot for the group!! 😊

    Sorry I'm late - I've been working my tail off for a big presentation yesterday (It went really well) and this is the first time I've been back on the personal PC since Saturday. This drop almost makes up for last week's increase (but not quite).

    Water aerobics and some laps for exercise yesterday. I am missing my sleep check mark today as I had a terrible sleep last night. I am helping a friend today so I won’t be exercising.
