    Calories - 2800. Dam snacks. Trying to get them out of the house.
    Exercise - walk 1 hr 36 min.

    Hoping to get my car back tomorrow. They said it would be ready last week.

    Good Morning all
    I am going to have to resort to plan B today as we are under a red flag warning (smoke in the air at a very high rate). So no outside workout or steppin for me and Bruce outside for the next couple of days.
    So down to the treadmill I go and a Live Leslie Sansone session probably a Steel city workout with Nick or one of the Miracle Miles workout
    Looking forward to killin it this week.
