Good Morning all
I am going to have to resort to plan B today as we are under a red flag warning (smoke in the air at a very high rate). So no outside workout or steppin for me and Bruce outside for the next couple of days.
So down to the treadmill I go and a Live Leslie Sansone session probably a Steel city workout with Nick or one of the Miracle Miles workout
Looking forward to killin it this week.

Heading to the pool soon. I plan on doing laps, arms and some fun cardio. My pain specialist wants me stretching a lot more. I am going to do stretching in the pool as well as the hot tub.5 -
