    @Walela617 I need your steps from Oct 6th through the 23rd please.

    All walkers, please take a look at week 3 and post your steps. I would really like everyone to try and post their steps every few days. It makes recording them so much easier. And PLEASE always include the dates, not just the days of the week. Thanks![\b]

    I'm headed back in the right direction. Yes. I'm slowly feeling better and I'm pushing myself to do stuff I enjoy like yoga pilates and my yard work. And tomorrow is the first day back to work after being gone 10 days from drs appointments and feeling so bad.

    Glad the scales are moving in the right direction for you @CasandraW
    I've had a good weekend.I have made good progress with painting my bedroom.Ive done it all white as it's taken me so long to prepare for painting I wanted it to be easier to actually paint ! Hoping to complete it all tomorrow,my sister is coming to help.
    Sat night I went out for a meal with 2 girlfriends.We then went to a couple of bars with music & danced alot.It was fun & I did over 20,000 steps.

    My bedroom is now freshly painted all white, too, as of 4 hours ago! It looks so clean & fresh, but I didn't do it myself. I hired an amazing guy I met through Taskrabbit to do it for me - he did such a better job than I ever could have - painting is always an absolute nightmare for me, and I'm always in awe of people who have the skill and patience to paint.

    Sounds like you had an awesome weekend! A night out dancing sounds like so much fun, and way to go with over 20k steps wow! Mine was very low key, but so nice. I had a friend come visit - it was her first time over to my place and ordered take-out and watched movies.

    Thanks @izzyred9400. It just gets so frustrating. I know this is an up and down journey but I also know I was not doing the things I know to do (like drink my water, keep my simple carbs in check, etc). I'm starting this week with a renewed motivation. I know I'll see a lower number on Friday (weigh day). The power of positive thinking!
