    Thank you! I wasn't sure if I had another big loss month left in me. It's crazy to think that I'm probably gonna be in my goal zone soon. 25ish more to go!

    I've been starting to game plan for this. As long as I keep running and keep up my exercise I should be in good shape. I don't really plan on changing a thing actually. I've never felt deprived with me eating during this journey, so I feel confident in maintaining my progress. Still gonna log all my food and pay attention to my portion sizes.

    You have been so focused with your weight loss it doesn’t surprise me you have a plan for maintenance. Did you check out the chat?

    I weighed myself yesterday as per usual but didn't get a chance to post. It was my hubby's birthday so we were busy all day. While there was definitely some splurging in my eating, I feel like I kept it much more managed than I would have in the past. I made him his fav from scratch- yellow cake, chocolate frosting...

    I'm so far behind - I'm sorry! My phone storage hit max while I was away for Thanksgiving week (when I was already behind on posting my steps) so I had to offload as many apps as possible so I could still open my texts. A new phone was ordered - early merry Christmas to me from me, lol! I hope it gets here soon.
