Hmmm. Why do I feel guilty eating what I have today? Managed to stay wthin all my daily allowances (apart from protein but thats no big deal). Im going to the gym shortley. Weirdness. Anyone else get like this?

And yes, im aware there is no fruit and not enough veg. Simple reason being that I dont like them!

What is it about your food intake that you feel guilty about? Any specific details? Or is this more of a vague blah feeling of nonspecific regret?

Maybe your lack of fruits and veggies is the source of your guilt. :)

I think it's just because ive eaten packet food today, but its all I have ever really eaten. God knows why tbh! Your right, maybe it is because im lacking fruit and veg.

You never eat all your calories so I don't know why you feel guilty at all! I think you are thinking to much about it

I just want to keep telling you to eat more!!!!!

You are doing great...don't worry so much!

I sometimes feel guilty after eating a high-calorie restaurant meal. Even though I am still within my calorie allowances I get this feeling of "How am I ever going to lose weight if I eat like this?" But I know logically that I'm still making better choices and staying w/in my calorie allowances, and I *am* losing weight.

    Good luck to you!
