Yesterday was MY non movement or tracking day. DH and I enjoyed KFC chicken sandwiches and vanilla milkshakes. Then laid around and surfed the airwaves 🏄♂️🏄♀️ tried to convert the surfing to my ‘exercise plan’ but no go 😂

Did wallsits after a walk (quads were warmed) and managed 5:00! Later, Girvan's 15:00 core (all planks!). Amazing how that was doable (struggled the last 10secs every so often, but I didn's have to do my variations). Soh's 5 min or Reif's 7 min make my lower back hurt!
