Hey everyone!

Thanks to everyone who came to hang out in this group :smile:

I didn't get a chance to check back in yesterday but I enjoyed reading all the Getting Started posts this morning. I'm currently sipping on some coffee and plan to have a late breakfast.

My goal for today is to log everything I eat. I have had considerable success in the past by just keeping track, even more than worrying about the numbers. It makes me more mindful.

    Todays goal is to get my protein in and stay away from processed sugar. Yesterday was a success!

    Hope your day went well, Janice!

    Just staying away from processed carbs and sugar makes a huge difference for me on how I feel. I tend to go in cycles where I eat clean for a few weeks, then "take a break" and start eating crap... lol. I always regret the times that I eat like crap because I feel so much better when I am eating clean.

    It's hard to remind myself that the sweet taste really isn't worth it :-)

    I think this group is a fab idea! I started properly again on Monday too and I am feeling pumped about it! How are you getting on? X
