6 weeks to lose 5% of your body fat. Who's with me?!
i wanted to start a great and supportive challenge evolving people of all ages.
Here's how it is going to go.

3000 calories burned per week is our goal.
Making our overall goal over 6 weeks: 18000

Lastly, We need to support one another and help them out. We are all in this together.

I'm in Lets see how much I can stick to this and burn 3000 Calories per week. I'm skipping rope, do brisk walk and walk upstairs my office ( 5 floors).0
