I just started mfp. And so far, love it. But I cant eat to my calorie goal. my goal is 1200. I have eaten 1400. Excercised 1000. 21 years old, five foot one, and 180lbs. I wants to get back to 130/prepregnancy. So what the heck do I do about the 800 calories I have left for today? I absolutely cant eat anymore!

You do not have to eat them all.

Try to eat higher calorie foods rather than more food. Peanut butter, for example. :)

Wish I had that problem. LOL That's great. You certainly don't have to use them!!

Double check what you've actually had again ( lots of people underestimate portion sizes and this was something which tripped me up at the beginning), and look at the calories burned again. I think MFP overestimates calorie burn significantly for some types of exercise. Also look at what your 'activity level' is set at, if its wrong your calorie goal will be off.

Finally, everyone is different, its important to give yourself sensible nutrition, but don't gorge yourself because a website tells you to!

If you're really burning 1000 calories a day, yet only eating about 1400 calories, holy heck that's not healthy! You NEED to eat more. This is not about the silly arguments on here about whether or not to eat your exercise calories. This is you're NETTING only 400 calories a day. EAT! Your body is probably freaking out, trying to hold onto fat storages, possibly burning muscle for fuel...

I agree with Qarol. Find ways to add calorie-dense foods in to your diet if you're burning that many calories. You're only giving yourself 400 calories to live on, and that's just not enough.

Plan, plan, plan and plan some more.
Pack string cheese, mixed nuts, friut and yogurt (if you can)

    Snack

Eat a nice healthy breakfast with a little extra calories (around 500)

    snack!

don't try to eat all your extra calories at once, and don't fill your extra calorie void with ice cream or cheeseburgers

Also, if it helps any, I am about the same size as you both in height and weight. I eat my exercise calories back and I am losing.
